First Visit

1. New Patient Forms

First, when you arrive to our chiropractic office in Dallas, we’ll ask you to fill out our new patient intake forms. This paperwork provides us basic information about you, as well as your medical history and a description of your condition. You can fill these forms out ahead of time by going here.

2. Chiropractor Consultation

You’ll have a consult with Dr. Kyle Padilla to chat about your health-related problems and concerns, as well as potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for  Dr. Padilla to understand exactly where you are at with your health and provide a roadmap to get you feeling your absolute best.

3. Chiropractic Exam

After your initial discussion, Dr. Padilla will perform a complete chiropractic exam. This is to get hands-on in order to see exactly what is going on with your body and to determine whether any additional testing, such as X-rays, are needed.

At the end of your first appointment, you can choose to experience your first chiropractic adjustment. This may include adjustments to the spine and extremities. Treatment is interactive, so you can ask questions about the different styles of treatment anytime.

5. Report of Findings

At the end of your first appointment, a follow-up visit will be scheduled where Dr. Padilla will give you a ‘report of all findings’. This will detail everything discovered during the exam including a review of your medical history and your health goals. Dr. Padilla will then discuss recommendations for your treatment in order to help get you on a path toward optimal health.
